Incremental spend over 2003 250m - 280m per annum Over 1100 companies 25% tax rate Reduces the real cost of R&D by up to 37.5% Net of R&D grants received from State / EU Offset against Corporation Tax Repayment in cash where no tax liability Surrender of tax credit to key employees
