Medical Staff and Physicians Relations Temple University Health System Continue Disclosure Update For The Period Ending June 30, 2017 Medical Staff Temple University Hospital Medical Staff As of June 30, 2017, the total medical staff numbered 1,261 (including Allied Health professionals). The active medical staff of Temple University Hospital consisted of 529 physicians and dental specialists with an average age of 47. A total of 92% of the active medical staff were Board-certified as of June 30, 2017. Jeanes Hospital Medical Staff As of June 30, 2017, the total medical staff numbered 608 (including Allied Health Professionals). The active medical staff of Jeanes Hospital consisted of 544 physicians and dental specialists with an average age of 50. A total of 83% of the active medical staff were Board-certified as of June 30, 2017. American Oncologic Hospital and Affiliates As of June 30, 2017, the total medical staff numbered 402 (including Allied Health Professionals). The active medical staff of Fox Chase Medical Center consisted of 156 physicians with an average age of 42. This group performs in excess of 90% of the clinical services performed at Fox Chase with the remainder of services being performed through voluntary or contracted medical staff.
