#8 GUARD SCHEDULE Each Infantry Battalion will be responsible for its own guards. At a minimum, each Battalion shall ensure that its camp and perimeters are guarded. It is suggested that Battalion guards operate from Friday from 12 PM to 12 AM, Saturday 8 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 1:00 PM. All Guards shall be returned to their respective units for any Brigade drills or formations, and for Saturday's and Sunday's tacticals and battles. This recommendation is also to help facilitate traffic flow so participants have correct directions as they come into camp. Battalion Commanders should use their discretion on Guard scheduling based on any inclement weather. Brigade Headquarters does not require Guard staffing. 11

#9 SAFETY INFRACTIONS Any safety infractions noted to occur during the event are to be reported directly to the Brigade Chief of Staff/Assistant Adjutant General as soon as practical. SPECIAL ORDERS, #10 MEDICAL Each Battalion Commander MUST identify qualified medical personnel and provide a list of these individuals to Brigade Chief of Staff/Assistant Adjutant General with morning reports. Each Battalion Commander MUST identify any individuals in their command with pre-existing medical conditions that are relevant for the Command Staff to be aware of. The list is to include the person's name and specific company to which they belong (both within the battalion and the company designation they use throughout the year). All reports of actual injuries are to be identified by use of the term Medic. To marshal the appropriate resources the fastest, medical issues should be reported to Brigade Headquarters which has 24x7 modern communication with event staff. Finally, all occurrences of actual injuries are to be reported to the Brigade Chief of Staff/Assistant Adjutant General as soon as practical after the tactical and battles. SPECIAL ORDERS, #11 LOST & FOUND All items found are to be turned in at the Brigade Chief of Staff/Assistant Adjutant General s tent at Brigade Headquarters. All inquiries regarding lost articles are to be directed to the same area. After the event, contact Major Tom Berlucchi of the Cumberland Guard staff for reports of any lost items. 12
