EEN Serbia April 2018 10 KAM services SME beneficiaries of the SME Instrument, FTI and FET-Open Identify weaknesses in the innovation capacities of the beneficiary Identify coaching needs and suitable coaches Moderate the coach-client relationship
EEN Serbia April 2018 11 KAM services Beneficiaries that have completed phase 1 of the SME Instrument but unsuccessfully applied for phase 2 while having received the 'Seal of Excellence' shall be able to receive advice in realising the proposed project and further developing their innovation strategy, including advice on funding opportunities under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF). These services shall be provided via the Network's existing services under COSME.

EEN Serbia April 2018 13 SME coaches The role of the coaches is to deliver high calibre business coaching Their task is to develop and implement a detailed coaching plan based on the innovation gaps identified for the beneficiary by the Key Account Managers 3 days for SME Instrument phase 1 projects and 12 days for SME Instrument phase 2 and FTI and FET-Open projects

EEN Serbia April 2018 15 Services to enhance the innovation management capacities of SMEs The objective of the service is to make the innovation system, as defined by the standard CEN/TS 16555-1, in the company more efficient and effective Based on an action plan agreed with the client, the Network shall address some or all identified bottlenecks and/or accompany the work of other public or private sector consultants addressing these bottlenecks
