Success Indicators 2. Build a pan-arab strategy with a step-by-step approach for implementing entrepreneurship education and innovation in Arab schools. Partner for strategy building identified and strategy is created. Research project lead with visible outputs of policy reform from Arab World. Ensuring that MENA policy makers are aligned and implementing this strategy. -Education: 21 st century Skills in K-12 curricula on a national level, in conjunction with a report that indicates the research based on feedback of Education stakeholders of national countries in GCC, Levant and North Africa

Leverage on global advancements in the ICT industry and implement this in Education, Entrepreneurship and Innovation -Knowledge of our strategy across the region, especially key policy makers. -Potential champion who can fund the implementation of Entrepreneurship -Indication of implementing partners based on networking.

INJAZ AL-ARAB WORKFLOW YEARS 1-3 YEAR 1 1. THINK TANK AND NETWORKING Mapping of Entrepreneurial Skill development, CSR initiatives supporting entrepreneurship education in the Arab World Case studies on 21CS integration in 3 Arab countries Roadmap for entrepreneurship education in the Arab World, draft policy statement Creation of Master Report Documenting global best practices of E-Ship Edu in K-12 Identifying online tools and curricula from around the world to teach entrepreneurship and 21CS Roundtables held in 5 different Arab cities with gathering of local experts in each area. Focus on: o Policy implementation roadmap o Greater transparency of initiatives YEAR 2 YEAR 3 3. INDEX/RANKING, METRICS AND TRAINING: 2. TOOL BUILDING AND NETWORKING Collaborations will help to develop tools: o Index/ranking system of Arab countries experiences with implementing 21 st century skill sets and entrepreneurship education. Online Entrepreneurship Curriculum to be designed for and housed by the INJAZ Online Academy Beginning of Teachers Corner - Guides and tool kits for running entrepreneurship clubs, competitions and other activities Competitions for high schools students idea pitches and contests to pick best ideas and award small prizes 21 st CS Conference o o Success metrics for policymakers and other stakeholders Teacher trainings
