Enter monthly bank account information into a spreadsheet for monthly Booster meeting. Assist with money collection and counting concessions money. OPEN Secretary Keep minutes from Band Booster meetings and email parents with important information when necessary. Update HISD Band Booster information and attend HISD meetings. This is a check signing position. Callie Kopecky Parliamentarian Ensure that all rules and by-laws of the association are followed using Roberts rules of order. This position will receive a copy of the Band Boosters bank statement. Lisa Hill Turner Concessions Coordinator Coordinate the opening, running and closing of Turner concessions. Also coordinate with vendors, organize, and manage t-shirt, shoe, hanging bag and tote bag sales during band camp.
