Fundraising and booster contribution allowed the payment to be reduced by $125 per student! o PRBB contribution per travelling student is $50, which equates to a total contribution of approximately $10,000. o Fundraising profits reduced the payment approximately $75 per student. PRBB contributing $2,100 for fourteen chaperones. Chaperones are being finalized. Final Payment of $160 is due today, March 5, 2018. o Checks made payable to travel agent EMA. o Credit Cards may be used. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payment. See website for details. Fundraising Update The fundraising season is officially over! Congratulations! Dan Connolly was the winner of our March Madness and Cash Raffle! Ticket was sold by Patrick Connolly. Thank you to every parent, student, and teacher that gave of their time and energy to help the Band Boosters during the fundraising season. A special thank you to all of the Fundraising Chairs. You did a great job and we could not have done it without you!

Band Spiritwear Sales Fourth and Final Sale will occur prior to the spring band trip. Opens March 19 Deadline will be April 4. Offering some new items such as shorts and personalized water bottles. Deadline to place orders to be determined. Spiritwear Store is always available online in Charms. Rewards Program Keep collecting your Cranberry and Wexford Chick-fil-A receipts and sending them into the Band Box! Have accrued earnings of $1,244.41 in free food to date! Pine-Richland Band Booster Treasurer, Dan Kerr Treasurer s Report PRBB Bank Account Balance $ 91,189 as of February 28, 2018. Band cash $ 82,207 and Dance Team cash $ 8,982. PRBB netted $ 14,892 from the various trip fundraisers: o Fall Raffle $ 9,418 o Stromboli $ 2,385 o Pie Sale $1,293 o Pierogi Sale $ 425 o Spring Raffle $ 1,371 o Table 86 Hines Ward Fundraiser earned $187 and a $50 complimentary gift certificate, which we will give as a gift to Mr. Scott. o Emporio Meatball Joint Fundraiser earned $ 205. The trip fundraising credit per student will be $75. This credit, along with a PRBB contribution of $50, reduces the final trip payment amount by $125! The final amount due per student attending the trip is $160! Payment is due now! Four individuals volunteered and were nominated to remain on or join the board for 2017-2018.

As per the PRBB By-Laws, since only one candidate came forward for each position, the positions will pass to these named individuals without the ballot election process. Nominations become official at this March 5, 2018, meeting with a show of hands. Motion to approve by Christina Plaza Janet Harris seconded. Class of 2018 PRBB Scholarships Class of 2018 PRBB Scholarship Applications are available on the PR band website. PRBB Scholarships are open to all band seniors including members of the color guard and dance team.
