Other Retention Plans Completed -- Number of loans where the customer completed the terms of other retention plan such as; FHA Partial Claim, FHA Secured, VA Refund, Stipulated Repayment / Stip-to-Mod, Forbearance Plans, MI Claim Advance, Reaged / Deferred / Extended, FNMA Home Saver Forbearance, Payment Reduction Plan, or other GSE-sponsored forbearance program. Modifications Completed for New P&I Payments Reduced at least 10% or greater (Non-HAMP) Number of (delinquent and current) Non-HAMP modified, renegotiated or restructured loans, regardless of performance to date under the plan during the month for all New P&I Payments Reduced at least 10% or greater.
