June 17 21st 2018 Survival Packet

www.ciy.com/move/program-details Dear Parents and Students, Just a month left before we load up and head out to the CIY MOVE Conference (Christ In Youth). Students, I am excited for you to experience this retreat opportunity and I am looking forward to what God is going to bring us through the speakers and worship leaders. Parents, please join us in praying for the students who will be attending this conference-for safety, unity, friendships among our High School students, and for the speakers to communicate God s Word in a relevant, thought provoking and interactive way. This is your Survival Packet. It includes a packing list, travel itinerary, trip expectations, and med form. If you have not completed an online Cornerstone Permission Slip and Trip Policy Form prior to receiving this letter, please do so right away! Our departure day is Sunday, June 17 th. Please meet in the Student Center at 12:00 pm. Students, you will need a pack lunch or snacks for the bus ride. We will be checking in, loading luggage, having a brief meeting and then hitting the road. Our return date is Thursday, June 21st, and our estimated arrival time at the church is 10:00PM. As with all of our trips & retreats, students are asked to dress modestly. Please review the enclosed packing list which lists MOVE s dress requirements. Parents, please also review the 180 MOVE Cell Phone Policy on the Packing List page with your student, discuss it, and make a decision together as to how you would like to approach this important issue. Thank you for allowing your student to be a part of this trip. We are trusting God to do GREAT things! Serving God, Serving Families, Eric Major All remaining forms, payments, and online Forms due by May 25th.
