We invite our community, past and present employees, physicians, board members, volunteers, supporters and partners to join us for a special day of worship, fellowship and various activities in celebration of our 100-year Journey of Faith & Healing. Celebration begins promptly with the service at 10:00 a.m., followed by a complimentary lunch for all guests. Saturday, October 26, 2013 Sandi Patty in Concert Tickets are free! Sandi Patty One of the most celebrated female vocalists in contemporary Christian music, Sandi Patty is known simply as The Voice. The Gospel Music Hall of Famer has garnered five Grammys, including one for Best Pop Gospel Album for Another Time, Another Place and Best Gospel Performance for Morning Like This. Patty has earned more than 40 Dove Awards, including for the album The Edge of the Divine.

Richard Warne is an organ builder and campanological technician. Mr. Warne has been the White Memorial Church organist for the past 35 years. San Gabriel Academy Chorale is directed by Lilybeth Evardome, music teacher of the elementary and academy levels. The Chorale s purpose is to share God s love and praise through music. Grace Umana is a Human Resources Compensation Analyst at White Memorial Medical Center (WMMC). Ms. Umana s parents, both staff members at the White, would often bring her to work with them when she was a child. Grace has worked at the White for over 31 years. Ricardo Graham is President of the Pacific Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Elder Graham is Chair of the Adventist Health Board of Directors. Robert Carmen is President and CEO of Adventist Health. His health care experience spans more than four decades at various Adventist Health facilities, including serving as president of WMMC. Mr. Carmen chairs the boards of WMMC, Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Castle Medical Center. Beth Zachary, President of Southern California Network of Adventist Health and President and CEO of WMMC, has been at WMMC for over 25 years. Sam Ocampo is Executive Director of Orthopedics and Cardiovascular Services, Northern California Network of Adventist Health, and a musician. Mr. Ocampo takes the listener into the heart and soul of a great theme and illuminates the simplicity and the truth of a wonderful and timeless melody. Larry Caviness is President of the Southern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Elder Caviness has been the Vice Chair of the WMMC Board for 16 years. Charles White is great grandson of Ellen G. White. Elder White is Senior Pastor of the Camelback Seventh-day Adventist Church in Phoenix, Arizona. Victor Issa is one of the foremost figurative sculptors in America today heralded for his remarkable ability to make bronze appear alive. The Come Unto Me Sculpture located in front of the WMMC Main Entrance is one of his masterpieces. Ronald Graybill, a professional historian, researched and wrote the WMMC Centennial History Book: A Journey of Faith and Healing, The Inspiring 100-Year Story of White Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Graybill was the Associate Director at the Ellen G. White Estate in Washington, DC.
Roger Hadley is Executive Vice President, Medical Affairs/Dean, Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Hadley has been a member of the WMMC board since 2009. Benjamin Del Pozo has been Senior Pastor of the White Memorial Church for the past six years. Dr. Del Pozo preaches, teaches and participates in a ministry of community service that feeds over 4,000 people annually. Lynne Whaley is Chief Nurse Executive & Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. Ms. Whaley joined WMMC in January of 2006. Evelyn Pang is a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the WMMC Laboratory. Mrs. Pang has been working at White for over 48 years. Daniel R. Jackson is President of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists. Elder Jackson has served the Seventh-day Adventist church in various capacities for over 40 years. Georgia Froberg, Director of Medical Education, has been at the White for 40 years. Ms. Froberg enjoys portraying Ellen G. White at WMMC s monthly New Employee Orientation. John Raffoul is WMMC s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Raffoul has been working at the White for over 23 years. E. Laurence Spencer-Smith was born at WMMC and has practiced obstetrics and gynecology at WMMC for over 30 years. Dr. Spencer-Smith's father was also on the medical staff as an internist. Gordon Bietz is President of Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tenn. Dr. Bietz s father was a former President of the Southern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and his uncle Elder Arthur Bietz was the Senior Pastor of the White Memorial Church. Albert Deininger is chair of the WMMC Centennial Planning Committee. Mr. Deininger, former Vice President of Facilities and Construction, recently retired after 25 years of service at WMMC. Edgar Urbina is the Director of Chaplaincy at WMMC. Dr. Urbina has been at WMMC for over six years.
