Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Emergency Medical Technicians, and other healthcare professionals. Early Registration Fees Due By October 17, 2015 Physician: $50 ARNP or PA: $40 RN or Paramedic: $30 EMT: $25 Other healthcare professionals: $30 Registation fee includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Fees waived for EMS, RT, or nursing staff of Jones Regional Medical Center & Anamosa Area Ambulance Service if signed up by October 17.
