4-H Military Partnership Award U.S. Air Force Recruiting Division Individual or team who has created a positive Extension image through his/her/their leadership and citizenship as it relates to the development of the 4-H Army, Air Force or Navy partnerships on U.S. military installations and in the community as it pertains to National Guard and Reserve families and children.
