We ve forged strong partnerships with major organisations at both the institutional and consortium level, with examples including Commonwealth Bank and Huawei Technologies. ATN NATIONAL IP PRINCIPLES In an Australian first, the ATN has joined forces to standardise our approach to IP across our five universities. We re sending a strong, clear and proactive message to businesses that our national network of universities are agile, flexible and open to collaboration. Our five universities, one door approach aims to reduce the barriers to collaboration and will allow innovations developed by our brilliant researchers to be brought to market as quickly as possible.

66% OF OUR RESEARCH FUNDING HAS COME FROM INDUSTRY AND END-USERS SINCE 2010 The Cisco Internet of Everything Innovation Centre, co-founded by Cisco, Curtin University and Woodside Energy Ltd fosters home-grown innovation through a networked community of start-ups, small to medium enterprises, industry experts, developers, researchers and Government organisations.

EQUITY AND DIVERSITY Our universities have made tertiary study a reality for thousands of students from diverse cultural backgrounds including young indigenous Australians, students with a disability, regional and economically disadvantaged students. We are proud of our students who go on to achieve success and completion rates higher than the national average. My approach to life has changed since I came to study at university. Every day when I wake up I realise that I have potential. The ultimate challenge is to explore my abilities to the fullest and see what I can offer to our world in the future.
