RESUME OF CHARLES R. McQUISTON - 720 BAYSHORE DRIVE - FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA 33304 - PHONE: (305) 563/7311 SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: May 1970 - Present - Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of Dektor Counterintelligence and Security, Inc. Sept. 1968 - May 1970 - As Chief, Technical Committee, U.S. Army Intelligence School (USAINTS), was responsible for all programs of instruction,'special courses, and special briefings in technical subjects in support of Area Intelligence, Counterintelligence, and interrogations for all three services and the Department of Defense Industrial Security Program. Technical subjects included Defense Against Sound Equipment, Defense Against Methods of Entry, Intelligence and Investigative Photography, and Anti-intrusion Alarms and Alarm Neutralization. Served as advisor to USAINTS Departments of Counterintelligence, Area Studies, and Combat Intelligence in technical operations. Advisor to U.S. Army Intelligence Command in polygraphy. Provided technical advice, instruction, and support to Maryland State Police, Baltimore County Police Department, and Baltimore City Police Department. In support of the Defense Supply Agency, provided countrywide technical demonstrations and instruction to security and executive personnel from industry. Chief supervisor for 50 U.S. Army personnel and civilian employees. Aug. 1967 - Sept. 1968 - As Region Commander, Counterintelligence Operations, U.S. Army RVN, was responsible for counterintelligence operations and area intelligence in Northern Republic of Viet Nam, to include installation security and establishment of informant nets and positive collection operations. Special Advisor to Vietnamese National Police and RVN Army Military Security Force (MSS). Chief Supervisor for 40 Intelligence Corps Special Agents. July 1964 - Aug. 1967 - Project Officer and subsequently Chief, Special Equipment Branch, Materiel Requirements Division, U.S. Army Combat s Command Intelligence Agency. Responsible for the creation, organization, and administration of all research and development programs in Area Intelligence and Counterintelligence equipment for the U.S. Army.

McQuiston Page Two Special Advisor to the Chief, Office of Research and (OCRD), Department of the Army, on polygraph; U.S. Army representative on the DOD Polygraph Committee; Special Project Officer on task team on Area Intelligence and Counterintelligence Operations in Counterinsurgency. March 1961 - July 1964 - Instructor in Psychological Warfare, Military Intelligence, and Counterinsurgency at the U.S. Army School of the Americas, Fort Gulick, Canal Zone. Responsible for the creations of special texts and programs of instruction in the Spanish language and their presentation to selected and representative student officers of all Latin countries. Special Advisor to U.S. Army Military Groups in Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador and Panama; Team Chief, Special Military Training Team for the Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Counterinsurgency and Technical Operations for Latin America; Chief Liaison Officer for 1963 and 1964 Conferences of the American Armies. Aug. 1959 - Mar. 1961 - Chief, Security Division, 112th Counterintelligence Corps Group, Fort Sam Houston. Responsible for security of all Fourth U.S. Army installations to include creation, organization and administration of physical security and counterintelligence programs, and execution of all technical operations. Served additionally as Chief Polygraph Examiner and Chief, Technical Laboratory. July 1956 - Aug. 1959 - Operations Officer, 450th Counterintelligence Corps Group, Region - Naples, Italy. Responsible for all intelligence and counterintelligence special operations for Headquarters, Allied Forces Southern Europe (AFSOUTH). Served additionally as Chief Technical Agent and Special Advisor to the Italian Counterintelligence and Security Forces (SIFAR). Oct. 1954 - July 1956 - Chief Technical Agent and Training Officer, Region VI, 111th Counterintelligence Corps Group, Fort Jackson. April 1953 - Mar. 1954 - Service Battery Commander and Battalion Supply Officer, 932nd Field Artillery Battalion, Camp Atterbury. Sixteen years military intelligence at all levels from Dept. of Defense (Office of the Chief, Researgh and ) to Military Intelligence operational units in the field, with experience in Area Intelligence, Counterintelligence, and Combat Intelligence; served as Special Agent, Staff Officer, and manager in investigations, special operations, technical operations, and research and development activities. Retired from the U.S. Army as Lieutenant Colonel.

Responsible for coordination of all support fire and services for a reinforced infantry battalion in combat. Sept. 1952 - Nov. 1952 - Assistant Artillery Operations Officer, 695th Armored Field Artillery Battalion, Fort Knox. May 1946 - May 1952 - United States Army Reserve and Ohio National Guard.
