The form must be filled in all its parts by the General Medicine Doctor or by thespecialist. Within 48 hours of presenting the application for admission, the user or family membercan, after calling for acceptance, know the outcome of the application. In case of positive answer, the user is placed on the waiting list. The date of admission will be communicated by phone.
