The CEO/Executive Management Conference affords great educational and networking opportunities for CEOs and other senior bank officers, along with their spouses/guests. The 2017 conference will take place at the Newport Marriott in Newport, R.I. Located right on the harbor, this picturesque New England town has the historic sites, waterfront, and food that make Newport a destination for those throughout the country. The program will open with a welcome reception on Sunday, October 1; morning sessions for bankers on Monday and Tuesday, and a full group event Tuesday evening, October 3. Millennials make up more than half of today s labor force and that trend will only continue to grow. Furthermore, according to a study by Money Summit, millennials are far more likely than any other generation to change their financial institution if the institution doesn t meet their expectations.
