Find Your Zen (A1560 - Yoga Room) Come attend PTK's monthly meeting and enjoy stress management and yoga right before finals with our guest speaker Nancy Johnson. Unwind, relax, and build mind power before your final exams. All students are welcome!

Wednesday, May 3 10:30 am - 1:30 pm: Therapy Dogs (The Link) Relieve your stress with dog therapy! Come stop by The Link (hallway between Partnership and Kopp) to pet some dogs from Northstar Therapy Animals. This event is sponsored by Student Wellness Programming. Monday, May 15, 6:30-8:00 pm, Orchestra Hall (Minneapolis) Commencement is a celebratory event held annually in May immediately following spring semester. Spring candidates and students who have completed a degree or certificate program from the prior summer or fall are invited to participate. Faculty, staff and administration participate as well. This ceremony will be honoring graduates from the 2016-2017 academic year. Orchestra Hall is located at 1111 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403. CLUB MEETINGS AND INFORMATION Creative Writing Club Party Friday, May 5, 1-2:30 pm, K1450 Please join us for the release of the student literary magazine, The Paper Lantern on Friday, May 5th from 1-2:30 p.m. in K 1450. Our party will feature readings from students published in the magazine, an open mic, and free snacks. Come hang out with a bunch of writers and artists--we'll inspire you in ways you could never imagine. All are welcome! Clubs and Organizations Normandale has over 30 clubs and organizations! STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES AND RESOURCES Personal Care Drive (Campus Cupboard) Give the gift of a fresh start with Normandale Campus Cupboard. Everyone in college may experience financial distress from time to time. It is the goal of the Campus Cupboard to help mitigate the stress that college students face by supplying those in need with the necessary supplies to keep them as stress-free and focused as possible. There will be collection boxes out the first week of May to collect necessary hygiene supplies to be used by students in need. Any donation is appreciated no mater how small! Sample donations could include new socks, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, soap, lotion, or baby supplies. There will be Collection Boxes by the Center for Experiential Education (C1066) and the Campus Cupboard (A2503). There will also be Collection Tables at the College Services Entrance on May 2 from 10 am -2 pm and in the Kopp Student Center on May 4 from 10 am - 2 pm. The Normandale Academy of Math and Science Do you have an interest in STEM? Do you like meeting new students in a diverse, close-knit community?
