Commander s Corner Members, Happy New Year to all!!! The focus for the New Year is Officers for our Post for the 2016-2017 year positions. Our slate of officers needs to be in place by our February meeting. If you are a current officer and are willing to step up and continue to serve in an office, please contact me. If you are not an officer but are willing to learn about becoming one please contact me. We need volunteers to do this or we cannot survive as a Post. Out of our several hundred members there are only about 15 who are willing to give this organization a few hours a month of their time to keep it alive. That is just not enough. Please call me at 748-0650 and we can figure out what would be a good fit for you to help with a few hours a month. Thank you. Jerry Hanson, Commander Jerry Hanson, Post Commander First Vice s Notes American Legion Post 14 members: We are in the middle of our 2016 membership renewal for Post 14.
