FARM-TO-TABLE COOKING EXPERIENCE For those folks and family members not immediately drawn to our anyone-can-do-it build experiences, we offer a one-week farm-to-table cooking experience with a world-class chef. Begin your day sipping coffee with our award winning culinary expert while planning the evening s meal in the chef s kitchen overlooking the farm. Afternoons will be spent collecting the organic ingredients fresh from our farm, or our local sister farms, and learning everything you could want to know about: Seasonal harvesting Organic and sustainable growing Nutrition Livestock, and Aquaponics The kitchen experience that follows will be second to none, learning: Knife techniques Prep tricks for maximizing nutrients The art of food combinations Ingredient pairings Wine pairings And secret recipes created by our chef and fine-tuned in his award winning farm-sea-totable restaurant The Oyster Club.
