OKASBO Spring Conference April 15-17, 2015 Reed Conference Center, Midwest City, OK Attention All OKASBO Vendors The Spring OKASBO Conference will be held on April 15 17, 2015 at the Reed Conference Center, Midwest City, Oklahoma. As we continue to grow and strive to provide the best possible learning environment for Oklahoma School Business Officials, we are grateful for the support and generosity of our Associate Members and Vendors. A survey was distributed after the OKASBO Fall Conference, and WE LISTENED. You requested: Improved booth location More exhibit time to visit with conference attendees Exhibit time during the Wednesday Encumbrance/Treasurer Workshop As a result, all booths will be located in the main hallways of both the upper and lower floors at the conference center. (Areas around the corners will no longer be utilized for booth space). The Vendor Showcase exhibits will open on Wednesday, April 15, 2017 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, during our Encumbrance/Treasurer Workshop. Approximately 200-250 bookkeepers and clerks attend this one day session, and many do not return for the General Sessions on Thursday and Friday. This should provide an opportunity to connect with OKASBO members you previously missed! Exhibits will open on Thursday, April 16, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. From 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM we will draw attendees to the exhibit area where 2 prize drawings at 1:00 PM. Vendors are also invited and encouraged to join attendees for lunch on Thursday at noon, as well as attend the Opening Night Mixer beginning at 5:30 PM, where you ll find food, fun and fellowship! We hope the extended exhibit hours will provide our AWESOME Vendors additional quality time needed to mingle and network with our OKASBO members. Door prizes will be distributed throughout the two exhibit days periodically throughout the day during breaks and at the close of the showcase. We always welcome your door prize contributions! The cost for booth space for two days (April 15 th and 16 th ) is $400. Setup time is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on April 15 th and take down is 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM on April 16th.
