The Conference The Center for Sex Education s (CSE) award-winning National Sex Ed Conference is open to health and community educators, teachers, professors, nurses, social workers, counselors, therapists, scholars, and more, and attracts 600800 professionals from organizations around the world. It is the premier forum in which to inform professionals of your organization s mission, or your company s services. The conference routinely features leading experts in sexuality education. Past keynote speakers include Jane Fonda, Laci Green, former Surgeons General Dr. Joycelyn Elders and Dr. David Satcher, and Dr. Ruth! Option 1- Book Distribution $15,000 Paperback Copies $7,500 ebook Distribution With this package, every conference attendee will receive a hard copy or ebook of The CSE s groundbreaking publication How I Got Into Sex...Ed. A bookmark will be produced and placed in the book (for the paperback) or in the conference bag (for the ebook) highlighting your company s generosity. Option 2- Lunch $10,000 (1 available) This package covers lunch for the attendees and in turn buys ads displayed during lunch as well as the back cover of this year s program. Option 3- Reception $5,000 (2 available) With this package you receive one full page ad in our stunning conference program as well as graphics displayed during the reception. Option 7- Lanyards $3,000 (1 available) Coveted real estate for any important brand! Conference participants will be wearing lanyards around their neck for the entire conference. Your company name and logo can be featured on the lanyard. Option 8- Banners $1,000 (Corporate) $ 750 (Non-profit) We will display a pop-up banner that your company or organization ships to and from the conference. Please note, sponsor is responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs. (Width up to 47 and Height up to 96 ) Option 9- Slide Deck $ 750 (8 available) Have your company or organization front and center before and after keynotes and presentations in the main auditorium. Our keynotes will be held on a magnificent stage where Frank Sinatra performed nearly 100 times. Have your company or organization front and center with a featured ad on rotation on the main stage screens before and after keynotes and presentations in the main auditorium. Option 10- Bag Inserts $ 550 Get the word out about your services, products, and opportunities! Each conference participant will receive a copy of your brochure/flyer/postcard in their welcome bag which participants use throughout the conference. Please send a.pdf proof of your insert, brochure, flyer, postcard, etc to: marketing@sexedconference.com. Upon approval, you will be asked to send 1,000 pieces of your item to the address below. Please note that packages must be less than 25lbs and must have the correct shipping information. All bag inserts must be shipped seperatly from exhibitor materials. 7

Our Pay It Forward scholarship program supports students and professionals who cannot afford the registration fee.
