Premiering December 2014 Our featured showcase... Radiance in Retirement starring the Sisters of St. Francis 843 Thirteenth Avenue North Clinton, Iowa
Our featured showcase... Radiance in Retirement...tells the true story of 25 Sisters of St. Francis of Clinton, Iowa, making up 44% of the congregation, who are enjoying their retirement years after providing a lifetime of service to others. These Sisters continue to live out their mission of promoting active nonviolence and peacemaking, seeking justice for those marginalized, and caring for all creation. The majority of the retired Sisters reside in Clinton at The Canticle or Alverno. Four remain out of town living in Chicago, IL, San Marcos, CA, Cedar Rapids, IA, and West Linn, OR. Enjoy the following snippets of each retired Sister! The Sisters were able to select their starring role if they were in a movie today. You will notice that some have chosen to remain out of the spotlight and not appear in a movie. Your generous contribution by ticket purchase will directly benefit the retired Sisters, who have served God s people faithfully for so many years. A ticket is available at the end of this publication. Thank you for your support! The 2013-2014 Annual Donor Report is now available online http://bit.ly/1xv8x5k
