FFE S RECENT INITIATIVES Launch of Online application for scholarship Launch of FFE Mentoring Program A work readiness mentoring program for FFE scholars One-to-One mentoring 120 FFE scholars matched with corporate mentors 8 month program where mentee meets mentor weekly at the corporate office Launch of FFE Skill development Program in partnership with MSDF Skill/Aptitude testing for all FFE-MSDF scholars Training on specific skills based on gaps 17
MENTORING PROGRAM A 8 month Work Readiness Mentoring Program 100 scholars matched one on one with corporate mentors Very successful in Bangalore. Program being extended to Pune, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Gurgaon Remote Mentoring pilot to be launched this year FROM A MENTOR-MENTEE MEETING, BANGALORE 18
TRAINING PROGRAMS About 200 FFE Scholars took AMCAT last year. 41% scored below national average in English Strong need for English/Soft Skills Training Assessed 2 nd year and 3 rd year students (for employability) and are conducting training programs currently (6 cities) FFE committed to help our scholars reach their potential and get placed.
