Notes from Marie... Greetings from your MHLC CFO MHLC has been very busy and have had many accomplishments in 2012 to be proud of. MHLC received the Medicaid incentive for the 2 nd year which was $195,466, for the continuation of the Electronic Health Records. The Emergency Room Department is now staffed 24/7 with an in-house Emergency Room Physician. Very exciting capital purchases were made in 2012 to stay current with the ever changing technology. The new CT Scanner has been installed and is producing great images. An Emergency Well was constructed using 100% federally designated grant funding. New Security Alarm System on the OB Doors was installed. Surgical and Anesthesia Equipment was purchased to upgrade to the latest technology. A Biphasic Defibrillator was purchased with the help of the Hospital Auxiliary. And, of course, the exciting renovations to the Front Lobby Area all made possible by the Hospital Auxiliary and the Memorial Healthcare Foundation. Congratulations to all the MHLC Partners, Employees, Staff, and Physicians for their amazing accomplishments in 2012.
