1 PRESS RELEASE Christopher Protsman Chief of Police Released: May 7, 2018 POLICE BLOTTER Monday, April 30, An officer conducted a traffic stop on Woodman/Doris for an expired registration. The driver had an active warrant from OSP through Fairborn Municipal Court. Joseph D Wurst, w/m, 28, was arrested and transported to KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop near Smithville at Patterson for an equipment violation. He located Billy Ray Wolfenberger (W/M/23). Wolfenberger had an active warrant through Dayton for Aggravated Menacing. He was taken into custody An officer was dispatched to the Miami County Sheriff s Office to take custody of Brittany L. Hiatt (W/F/28). Hiatt had an active warrant through Kettering for FTC / Possession of Drugs and was transported to KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop near 5501 Bigger Rd. He located Misty D. Ramsey (W/F/38). Ramsey had an active warrant through Kettering (FTC / DUS), an active warrant through Beavercreek (FTA / Theft), and an active warrant through Xenia (FTA / Theft). The warrants were confirmed and Ramsey was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail ; An officer conducted a traffic stop near Woodman at Rainbow for a speeding violation. He located Ryan Christopher Rybolt (W/M/30). Rybolt had an active warrant through Riverside for FTA / original charge No OL. He was taken into custody
2 2230 Officers responded to 2197 Green Springs on suspicious subject. Patrick J. Hamilton (W/M/22) was arrested for Theft (felony) and Forgery, and transported to KPD jail An officer completed a warrant service by fax to MCSO jail on James L. Reed (W/M/28). Original KMC warrants for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments, and Obstructing Officers responded to KMH for a juvenile refusing to leave with his parents upon discharge. Dakota J. Campbell (W/M/17) was placed in custody for Trespassing and Unruly, and transported to JDC Tuesday, May 1, Officers responded to 2713 Oakley on a dead body call. Julie M Rosholt, w/f, 53, was found unresponsive by her father, after suffering from life-long illnesses. Newcomer Funeral Home took custody of the body and will make arrangements with University of Cincinnati for medical research An officer completed a follow up complaint from yesterday at 2558 Circle View, and had a warrant approved for the suspect, Darrell M Jones, b/m, 29, for the criminal trespass. He was transported to KPD Jail for processing, then transported to MCSO Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop near Patterson at Barney. He located Ronnie W. Dotson (W/M/51). Dotson had an active warrant through Montgomery County for Probation Violation on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. The warrant was confirmed and Dotson was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail Officers were dispatched to 3035 Wilmington Pike for an overdose. Sonja M. Blake (W/F/36) was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct / Public Intoxication An officer made traffic stop on Whipp at Brainard for a moving violation. Keith E. Davis, (b/m 30), was arrested for Trafficking, Open container, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession drug paraphernalia Robin H. McDaniel, W/F/50, 3625 Clayborne Rd., was issued a summons for allowing her dog to run at large

Three original KMC warrants for Possession of Drugs, Drug Abuse Instruments, and Paraphernalia An officer conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation at 2901 Wilmington. David Hale Jr. (W/M/23) was arrested for felony Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Falsification, Obstructing Official Business and 2 felony warrants out of Montgomery County. Angela M. McGaughey (W/F/35) was arrested for Weapons Under Disability, Possession of a Defaced Firearm, Illegal Conveyance of Weapons and felony Possession of Drugs Wednesday, May 2, An officer responded to KPD Jail on a warrant detail. Willie R Allen, b/m, 31, was served with his FTA Warrant, original charge of DUS, after being arrested by OSP Officers responded to the area of W. Stroop & S. Dixie on a report of an intoxicated subject. Landon D Waters, b/m, 24, was arrested for public intox and resisting arrest, and transported to KPD Jail An officer conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Eva T. Tuck (B/F/34) was arrested for OL Restrictions and she was also issued a summons for Possession of Dangerous Drugs Indian Ripple Rd, Beavercreek- Eric K. Langford, W/M/27, was arrested for a KPD warrant Traffic Stop- E. Dorothy Lane at Acorn Drive- Joseph R. Ryan, Jr., W/M/41, was arrested for an MCSO warrant and a Xenia PD warrant Officers responded to 4873 Far Hills Ave Apt D2 on a family problem. The live-in boyfriend, Brandon Selby (W/M/43) was arrested for domestic violence and assault An officer stopped a vehicle at Wilmington Pk and Tabor Ave for a traffic violation. Katlyn I. Frusha (W/F/21) was arrested for the following warrants: MCSO for Drugs; Huber Heights for FTA on drug charge; and Fairborn for FTA on Fraud. She was transported directly to MCSO where she was also charged with felony Drug Possession
4 0345 Officers responded to the parking lot of 1818 Woodman Dr on suspected drug activity. Andrew D. Keller (W/M/35) was arrested for Possession of Drugs (LSD, heroin and methamphetamine) and Drug Abuse Instruments. Brian L. Davidson (W/M/34) was arrested for Possession of Drugs (methamphetamine) and Paraphernalia, and two MCSO probation violation warrants for Drug Possession. Both were transported to KPD jail for booking Thursday, May 3, An officer conducted a traffic stop at Smithville and Oakdale. Timothy D. Elkins (W/M/28) was arrested for CCW, Weapons under Disability, Drug Possession, and Drug Trafficking Officers responded to 3673 Utica Drive during a welfare check investigation. Nathin A. Holbrook (W/M/27) was arrested for an active warrant for DUS out of Dayton PD and was transported to the Kettering Jail Officers responded to 851 East Drive for a warrant service for MCSO on Jessy L. Coats (W/M/37). Coats was arrested for a FTC warrant and was transported to the Kettering Jail for processing and onto MCSO Jail for housing An officer conducted a traffic stop at Stroop and Marshall for a moving violation. Alyssa M. Weikart (W/F/20) was arrested for felony drug possession and was transported to the Kettering jail for processing. Austin L. Womble (W/M/23) was issued a summons for marijuana possession An officer conducted a traffic stop at Hilton and Southlyn for an equipment violation. Caitlin N. Money (W/F/24) was charged with felony drug possession, paraphernalia and drug instruments An officer conducted a traffic stop at Dorothy and LaRue for a registration violation. Leanne N. Wiley (W/F/20) was arrested for an active warrant for DUS out of Miami County. She was also issued a summons for drug paraphernalia Officers conducted a traffic stop at Aragon and Woodman for a moving violation. Amanda N. Anderson (W/F/34) was arrested for felony drug possession and transported to the Kettering Jail
5 0330 An officer responded to the Days Inn in Washington Twp to meet with MCSO on a warrant service. The Kettering Municipal Court issued a warrant on Jessica M. Scholes (W/F/30) for her failure to comply with probation (RSP charge). Scholes was arrested on the confirmed warrant and transported to the Kettering Jail Crews were dispatched to 2224 Farmside for a 911 hang up (disturbance). Aaron J. Ames (W/M/33) was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Kettering Jail Friday, May 4, Officers were dispatched to 1681 E. Dorothy Lane on a disturbance. Kelly Anne McCoy, (W/F/44), was arrested for an active warrant from West Carrollton PD and was transferred to W. Carrollton An officer responded to the London Correctional Institute for a warrant pickup. Jason D. Newsome (W/M/28) had just been released from incarceration and had five active KPD warrants (all original charges for theft) for his arrest An officer conducted a traffic stop near Woodman and Patterson for a moving violation. Dylan W. White (W/M/24) had two active warrants for his arrest. He was wanted by the Clark County Sheriff s Office for felony DV and by Dayton PD for FTA on original charge of DUS An officer conducted a traffic at Dixie and Oakland for a moving violation. Heather A. Heeter (W/F/33) was arrested for felony drug possession Officers were dispatched to 2060 Ashmore Dr for a family problem. Andrew S. Lycans (W/M/34) and Lauren M. Nichols (W/F/29) were arrested for Domestic Violence Saturday, May 5, Crews were dispatched to Speedway, 3201 Wilmington Pike on the report of a suspicious person. Jimmorie L. Keith (B/M/28) had an active warrant through Fairborn for FTA / Driving With No OL and there were two signed affidavits against him for Domestic Violence and Assault through Kettering. He was arrested and transported to KPD Jail ,
6 1902 Crews were dispatched to a dead body at 544 Corona Av. Apt. C. Kristen M. Abner (B/F/24) had died of unknown causes. The detective section was contacted and responded along with the Coroner s Office Investigator. The investigation is on-going at this time Mark W. Niekamp (W/M/37) - summons for disorderly conduct Sunday, May 6, An officer was dispatched to the Middletown Jail to take custody of Jaclyn M. Denry (W/F/24). Denry had an active warrant through Kettering for FTC on the original charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer was dispatched to the Preble County Jail to take custody of Stephen M. Porter (W/M/38). Porter had an active warrant through Kettering for FTA on the original charge of No OL. He was taken into custody and transported to KPD Jail without incident Crews were dispatched to 1009 Mendota on a Family Problem. Jennifer Givens (W/F30) was arrested for Felony DV and transported to KPD Jail without incident An officer made a traffic stop at 1020 E Dorothy LN for a moving violation. Kary A. Russell (W/F/44) was arrested for the Lebanon PD warrant, and cited for DUS An officer conducted a traffic stop near Smithville and Patterson for a moving violation. Nicklaus Martin (W/M/33) was arrested for Felony Possession of Drugs and transported to the KPD Jail An officer checked 4865 Far Hills Ave for a wanted subject.
