Focus on areas of known illegal activity, threat or vulnerability: - Saint Lawrence Seaway - Chicago - Niagara River - Duluth/Thunder Bay - Detroit/Saint Clair Rivers - Sault Ste Marie Expand presence on the International Maritime Border on each of the four border lakes.
