1 KETCHIKAN POLICE DEPARTMENT CITY OF KETCHIKAN 361 MAIN STREET, KETCHIKAN, AK PH (907) FAX (907) May 22, 2014 On at about 2:25 PM Officers were dispatched to Jefferson and Tongass Street for a Motor Vehicle accident with injuries. Upon investigation it was determined that Melvin L Guthrie, 48 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Driving under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test, and Assault in the Third Degree. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 11:06 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray 2010 Nissan Xterra. The driver of the vehicle, Robert K Badgett, 42 years of age of Vancouver, WA, was arrested for Driving Under the influence. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and he was set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 4:41 AM Officers were dispatched to a residence for an unknown male in a residence and refusing to leave. Officers contacted Shaun A Guthrie, 33 years of age of Juneau AK. He was arrested for Trespassing and transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 11:30 PM Officers arrested Hugo Guerrero De La Cruz, 43 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and was set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 12:04 PM Officers issued a Citation for Kacey E Ball, 20 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Theft in the Fourth Degree, she was found to of taken $22.52 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. Breanna J Delaney, 20 years of age of Ketchikan, AK was also issued a citation for Theft in the Third Degree, she was found to of taken $60.78 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. Both subjects were given mandatory court dates. On at about 7:36 PM Jeffrey W Orr, 27 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Violating a Protective Order. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 1:30 AM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a 1995 green Jeep for speeding. Upon investigation it was determined that Seth D Boyd, 30 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was driving under the Influence. He was taken to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on his own recognizance.
2 On at about 6:26 PM Scott T Kenyon, 33 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct Violent and Tumultuous. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $ bail. On at about 8:26 PM Officers arrested Amanda J Warren, 30 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $5,000 bail. On at about 8:59 PM Officers arrested Louis J Boneta Jr 46 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Violating Conditions of Release. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $1,000 bail. On at about 1:26 AM Officers arrested Michelle R Kupers, 50 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving under the Influence, Violation of Condition of Release and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Sixth Degree. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $2,000 Bail. On at about 5:31 PM Officers were dispatched to Cape Fox Lodge for a report of males arguing in the hallway. Officers arrested Garold E Charles, 62 years of age of Ketchikan and Gary L Hamilton, 27 years of age of Ketchikan for Trespass in the Second Degree. Both were transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on their own recognizance. On at about 11:50 PM Doretta L Dowhitt 62 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on her own recognizance. On at about 2:18 PM Officers arrested Clarence G Trout 42 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on no Bail. On at about 3:42 PM Officers arrested Jacqueline D Blair, 27 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $2,500 bail. On at about 10:10 PM Officers arrested Rodney G Jaehnig, 58 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driver must be Licensed. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 11:02 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a silver Jeep in the 2900 Block of Tongass Avenue for speeding. The driver of the vehicle Jason C Reese, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for driving without a valid license and Violation of Condition of Release. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $500 bail. 2
3 On at about 3:08 AM Officers arrested Edward S Stahl III, 23 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for 2 counts of Assault in the Fourth Degree, Driving under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 1:09 PM Officers were dispatched to Woodside drive for a report of a juvenile assaulting his father. A 15 year old male was later arrested for two counts of Assault in the Third Degree; he was transported to Ketchikan Regional Youth Facility. On at about 1:49 PM William J Rexius, 39 years of age of Wrangell AK, was arrested on two outstanding warrants. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $2,500 bail. On at about 09:48 AM Bailey A Singstad 26 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was issued a citation for Theft in the Third Degree. She was found to have taken $ worth of merchandise from Wal- Mart. On at about 2:08 PM Kami D Riley, 29 year of age of Ketchikan, AK was arrested for Assault in the Fourth Degree. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $1000 bail. On at about 6:19 PM Officers responded to a motor vehicle collision on Seventh Avenue and Jackson Street. Upon investigation Roy D Fortenberry, 53 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. He transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 12:01 PM Officers arrested Eugene C Nix, 53 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Trespassing. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 1:22 PM Officers arrested Janet N Stone 19 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $100 bail. On at about 7:17 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a tan Ford truck for speeding. The driver Nevin H Appel 47 years of age of Ketchikan, AK was arrested for Driving under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 5:16 PM Officers arrested Colleen A Sherrill, 43 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving under the influence. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on her own recognizance. 3

He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $500 bail. On at about 5:49 AM Officers arrested Sandra A Coats, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $1,000 bail. On at about 9:37 PM Officers arrested Kenneth J Smith, 31 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Drunk on Licensed Premise. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on his own recognizance. On at about 08:57 AM Damion D Mask, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 12:16 PM Christopher J Hill, 29 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Assault in the Third Degree, Interfering with a Report of a crime, and Violation of Condition of Release. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held without bail On at about 3:19 PM Lashaunda L Milne, 26 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $250 bail. On at about 8:57 PM Eunice R Felarca, 23 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested for Assault in the Fourth Degree. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 1:12 PM Nathaniel D Leask, 28 years of age of Ketchikan, AK was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $100 bail. On at about 2:23 PM Nevin H Appel 48 years of age of Ketchikan, AK was arrested for Violation of condition of release. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $2000 bail. On at about 2:53 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Dodge Colt. The driver, Larry D Gray, 52 years of age of Ketchikan, was driving without a valid license. He was issued a citation for No Valid Operator s License with a mandatory court date. 4

He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $500 bail. On at about 5:53 PM Andrew C Hanson, 29 years of age of Ketchikan AK, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and held on $1000 bail. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 4:11 PM Officers arrested Alyssa E Olsen, 37 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Driving under the influence and Reckless Endangerment. She was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center and set to be released on her own recognizance. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional On at about 7:35 PM Franklin R Trantham, 55 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence.
