1 (as of 10 August 2018) Action officers preparing awards, correspondence (for example, letters, memorandums, star notes), and other documents or forms for signature by a member of the USAREUR Command Group should select the appropriate signature block from the applicable signature-block format page listed below, then paste the signature block into their draft. To use the appropriate font in their document, action officers should use the default font (type and size identified in the signature-block formats) in their document and then use the Keep Text Only (T) formatting option while pasting.
