VAMPIRE Bi-directional Advanced Trainer (BAT) VAMPIRE BAT provides an embedded, high-fidelity capability to train One System Remote Video Terminal (OSRVT) operator tasks, including full simulation of the emerging bi-eirectional interfaces and capabilities of the system. Customizable training scenarios allow the user to train in a simulated environment to bypass wear and tear on the actual robot and ensure that when skills are required in real-world situations, they are ready. XPT for Talon XPT for Talon is a high fidelity training simulation for the QinetiQ Talon robot featuring game quality graphics and full physics engine which emulates the complete movement of the actual robot. Operating in a simulated environment allows the user to train like they use, and ultimately use as they have trained in real-world situations. Features include realistic environments, multiple camera views, environmental effects and fully integrated audio. LightINT LightINT is a real-time terrain analysis and 3D visualization application, offering volumetric and vector-based line-of-sight (LOS) analysis, drag and drop shapefiles, height/slant/ distance measurement, and place and orient a wide variety of 3D models on terrain. Modus Modus is a 3D visualization tool designed for Mission Planning and After-Action-Review of high interest, high-fidelity, geo-specific areas. It has 6DoF, five channel high-fidelity visual system capable of Night Vision Goggle (NVG) stimulation, and off-board/on-board instructor operator stations. XPT The XPT high-fidelity training system utilizes state-of-the-art virtual reality simulation with game quality graphics. The full physics engine emulates complete motion and physical interaction of the modeled robot, 3D models, and the synthetic environment. It operates the virtual robot in realistic simulated environments using the same controller and interface used VAMPIRE Fully embedded simulation that trains all operator functions and emergency procedures for family-of-systems small UAS (Raven, Wasp, Puma ). 7 Bell 412 EP Full Motion Helicopter Simulator MFD (Multi-Function Display) Innovative Developer of training devices, simulators, and advanced conceptual technology demonstrations MH-47 / MH-60 Flight Simulator Legacy Upgrade Effort (LUE) AEgis serves as prime contractor and lead systems integrator for the complete refurbishment of all major systems for two special operations helicopter flight simulators. For the LUE, we replaced antiquated hydraulic motion with state-of-the-art electric motion system; upgraded visuals, including image generator, projectors, re-skin mylar mirror; replaced legacy cockpit with modern CAAS cockpit; and established concurrency with flight-line aircraft, including survivability equipment and mission systems. VAMPIRE Bi-directional Advanced Trainer (BAT) VAMPIRE BAT is an embedded trainer that runs on fielded One System Remote Viewing Terminal (OSRVT) hardware and trains operators on basic OSRVT operations as well as bi-directional capability of system. It simulates operator interaction with UAV without requirement for live flight and uses geo-specific terrain and tactical vignettes to train operators in advanced OSRVT operations.

Laser Eye Protection AEgis Nanogenesis division has designed, built, and successfully tested Nanophotonic materials that block UV and IR sources while still providing a high-transparency window in the visible spectrum. Laser Eye Protection Energy Harvesting and Storage Nanogenesis has developed concepts for hybrid solar-thermal energy harvesting where the heat generated within the solar cells can also be converted to electricity. 10 Warfighter Exercise Support Air Force Modeling & Simulation Training Toolkit (AFMSTT) As prime contractor for the AFMSTT program, AEgis provides a suite of models representing theater-level air warfare. The AFMSTT model suite is used to train the Air Force Air Operations Centers and supports training of the Air Force Component, the Joint Task Force (JTF), Unified/Sub-Unified Commanders and the Joint Force Air Component Commanders (JFACC). The AFMSTT program provides worldwide operational on-site support to USAF and Joint M&S exercises/events which require the use of AFMSTT. Battle Command Training Integration AEgis supports the Lead Systems Integrator of the US Army s Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability, Entity Resolution Federation (JLCCTC ERF) for PEO STRI and the National Simulation Center (NSC). We provide end-to-end worldwide JLCCTC ERF support to major Battle Command Training Facilities in US Army operation theaters worldwide. OneSAF Software Distribution and Training As prime contractor for the OneSAF Objective System (OOS) Advanced Concept Requirements (ACR), Training, Exercises and Military Operations (TEMO), and Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA), AEgis developed requirements and working parameters for software distribution and facilitates user and instructor training for the Army s modeling & simulation domains. 11 System development and integration EO/IR/UV Scene Generation AEgis serves as the primary developer of real-time scene generation systems used for hardware-in-the-loop missile simulation by AMRDEC, Redstone Test Center (RTC) and MDA. AEgis develops software/hardware (SW/HW) systems to provide physicsbased modeling and phenomenology to create real-time high dynamic range scenes and provides multi-spectral EO sensor testing via dynamic scene projection and signal injection (IR/UV/SAL/LADAR). AMRDEC Strategic Defense Activity AEgis supports the AMRDEC Strategic Defense Group and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in ongoing development, testing, and deployment of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). We support the development, fielding and operation of the Single Simulation Framework (SSF) used as the simulation framework for all BMDS hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) exercises, BMC4I system analysis, future capability trade studies, gap analysis, and weapon system interoperability validation. AMRDEC and KHILS HWIL Development Supporting the development and operations of Weapon System HWIL Simulation at the AMRDEC and KHILS facilities, AEgis provides Real-Time HWIL simulation of tactical, air defense, and strategic weapon systems in MMW, EO/IR/UV, SAL & LADAR bands and development of scene generation systems, 6DoF simulations, SW/HW sensor interfaces. MAST Missile Development As the lead developer for the AMRDEC Missile Airframe Simulation Testbed (MAST) program, AEgis is designing, fabricating, integrating and flight testing surrogate man-portable air defense system (MANPADS) missiles for use in aircraft survivability equipment (ASE) testing. Electronic and Mechanical Design AEgis designs, fabricates, integrates and tests a wide range of state-of-the-art electronic and mechanical subsystems for DoD and commercial customers including electronic circuit and board design using the latest component technologies for digital micro-processors, microcontrollers, and Field-Programmable Gate Array s (FPGAs); and analog acquisition, radio frequency (RF) communications and power systems.
12 system engineering and analysis Missile Defense Agency (MDA) System Engineering and Analysis AEgis develops, implements, maintains, and assesses M&S tools in support of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), as well as engineering and technical management support and senior subject matter expertise to critical parts of the MDA system engineering organization for BMDS weapon/missile systems. Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) Better Engineering Through M&S from initial assessment to final test Cruise Missile Defense Program Office AEgis provides general acquisition milestone (MS) and Systems Engineering and Analysis (SE&A) support to several CMDS product offices to include: Sentinel, JLENS, and IFPC. We develop milestone documentation and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) system architecture products; assessment of the programs Modular Opens System s Approach (MOSA) and support to anti-tamper and technology protection to include document development and CPI assessment.
13 Test & Evaluation XR-SIMAF A performance-based services contract, the U.S. Air Force XR-Simulation and Analysis Facility (SIMAF) effort provides capabilities managers with integrated analyses for future capabilities development. Focused upon modeling simulation & analysis, software development, and integration services across the Airborne Network, Electronic Warfare, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Human Factors domains, SIMAF provides capabilities analyses and integration across program acquisition life cycles and addresses systemof-system concepts for future capabilities. Non-Traditional Test and Assessment (T&E) AEgis served as independent assessment agents for 10+ years, providing timely, targeted test planning, analysis, and reporting for fast-moving Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations and Battle-Lab Experiments. We provided a full range of systems, from global strategic to streetlevel tactical along with surge support to accommodate multiple, simultaneous projects. Traditional T&E AEgis plans, conducts, analyzes, and reports on test events that support formal acquisition programs in the DoD and other federal agencies. Our staff qualifies as Certified Acquisition Professionals for T&E with proven processes in place for all facets of test planning, execution, and reporting. T&E Instrumentation AEgis is providing industry leading development of instrumentation designed to measure high-energy laser and high-power microwave energy directly on the targets at which they are aimed.
