EDI & CORBA CLECs will need to issue a code change to accept a new value of G in the TOA field. Currently, if a CLEC sends in a request in CSI for Govt Accts, VZ is returning BLANK in the TOA field. The Business Rules do not support the value of G. VZ & OBF support valid values of C for County Govt, F for Federal Govt, L for Local or City Govt, or S for State Govt.
