One official set of transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. If you do not currently have a valid Child Development Permit and will be applying for a permit through our district, you will need two (2) sets of official transcripts. 3. Original letter(s) of recommendation/reference on letterhead stationery must reflect your most recent five (5) years of employment and related experiences. Additional letter(s) of recommendation may be required after a review of your application. Employment verification cannot be accepted in lieu of letter(s) of experience. 4. A copy of your Child Development Permit or credential. (Original must be brought to the interview). 5. If you will be applying for a Child Development Permit through our district, you must submit the Verification of Experience form. 6. A current certificate or card showing completion of a 15 hour course in Pediatric CPR and First Aid training. If you completed college or university course work at an institution in a country other than the United States, you must have the course work evaluated by one of the agencies that the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing has approved. These are private agencies and do charge a fee for their service. Once your application and documents have been received, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.
