THE FOLLOWING REVISIONS AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS SHALL BE MADE TO THE BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. REVISE AND AMEND THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ABOVE NAMED PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS ADDENDUM. THE BID SHALL REFLECT THESE ADDENDUM CHANGES AND EACH BIDDER SHALL MAKE REFERENCE IN THEIR BID TO THIS ADDENDUM ALL BIDDING REQUIREMENTS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL APPLY TO THIS ADDENUDUM AS ORIGINALLY INDICATED IN THE APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, UNLESS OTHERWISE MODIFIED BY THIS ADDENDUM No previous Addendum issued GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS Network switches will be provided by the District Moreno Valley Unified School District does not currently have an enterprise wise Video Management System (VMS) This project is prevailing wage per California Public Contract Code Requirements must be followed Trenching work varies at each site, contractor to field verify. 2 Underground cable will be required. See site plans for areas requiring trenching Exterior conduit is to be rigid. Flexible conduit is not acceptable Conduits to be painted to match existing surroundings Pathways will be via conduits and / or J-hooks (accessible ceiling space) Need of man-lift to de determined by installing contractor Cameras are located on plans, symbols list identifies whether cameras are to be wall or ceiling mounted. Contractor to verify quantities Cat 6 male plug will be used for direct connection to cameras Cables are to be terminated on existing patch panels Avalan Ethernet Bridge (P/N AW58300HTP-PAIR) per note # 8 on E1.1 Vista Del Lago HS is to be provided by contractor Notes referring to a 2-socket 2U rack server is a Dell Server Edge #R7030xd as noted in specifications, contractor shall provide and install Cameras will be attached to the buildings with the arm attachments noted on the drawings Attached for reference please find the plan holders list per IB Reprographic s Online Plan room Attached for reference please find the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference sign-in sheet. Please confirm attendance list with the District. 2. PART 2 - PRODUCTS 2.1. CHANGES TO PROJECT MANUAL Division 00, Procurement and Contracting Requirements Project Information Make the following changes: License Classification: C7 and C10 and be BICSI and RCDD certified and registered. 3 1) Bridges Learning Center 2) Valley View High School 3) Moreno Valley High School 4) Canyon Springs High School The project will be awarded to one (1) contractor for the base bid and the accepted alternates Contract Time: Revise to read: Base Bid - Vista Del Lago High School: 60 Days with a start date of November 2, 2015 with a completion date of December 31, 2015; working hours are after school hours 3PM 10PM during the week and weekends and holidays 7AM 4PM. 1) Bridges Learning Center: 30 Days with a start date of January 4, 2016 with a completion date of February 2, 2016; working hours are after school hours 3PM 10PM during the week and weekends and holidays 7AM 4PM. 2) Valley View High School: 30 Days with a start date of February 3, 2016 with a completion date of March 3, 2016; working hours are after school hours 3PM 10PM during the week and weekends and holidays 7AM 4PM. 3) Moreno Valley High School: 30 Days with a start date of March 4, 2016 with a completion date of April 2, 2016; working hours are after school hours 3PM 10PM during the week and weekends and holidays 7AM 4PM. 4) Canyon Springs High School: 30 Days with a start date of April 3, 2016 with a completion date of May 2, 2016; working hours are after school hours 3PM 10PM during the week and weekends and holidays 7AM 4PM Request for Information Deadline: Revise to read: Monday October 12, 2015 at 4:00 p.m Add the following: Mandatory Site Visit Verification with I.T.
