1 Meeting 2 nd Sunday every month, 2PM Covenant Center, N. Water Street Kittanning. Web Site - SUVCW Scholarship - The SUVCW sponsors a scholarship fund each year. The scholarship offered by the National Order of the SUVCW. The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War awards two $1,000 scholarships annually for tuition and books to high school seniors and college students (male or female) contingent upon their enrollment at an accredited four year college or university prior to December 31st of the year the scholarship is granted. Applications are only accepted each year from January 1 to March 31 Please see the website for additional details. Camp 43 also offers a scholarship program. The scholarship offered by the John T. Crawford Camp #43 SUVCW. The John T. Crawford Camp #43, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW) awards one $50.00, plus variable amount of interest accumulated on the Camp CD, scholarship for tuition and books to high school seniors and college students (male or female) contingent upon their enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university prior to December 31st of the year the scholarship is granted. The application and letters of recommendation must be mailed to the Camp Secretary application between March 1 and August 31. Information and applications may be obtained from the Camp Secretary.
