10 Pilot Trining of the Future In the 1980s the Air Force developed the multiple trck Specilized Undergrdute Pilot Trining (SUPT) progrm Tody, with smller fighter force, nywhere from 30-50% of our T-38 grdutes re ssigned to non-fighter ircrft Given the chnging circumstnces, we need to determine how trining will evolve in the next 20 to 30 yers History tells us tht smller, resource constrined AF needs flexible, responsive trining pipeline
