11 BRAC 05 Joint Basing Language Specific exceptions not included in the functions to relocate are Health and Military Personnel Services. the Department anticipates transferring responsibility for all other Base Operating Support (BOS) functions and the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) portion of Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), to the designated receiving location. the Department requires flexibility to tailor implementation to the unique requirements at each location. -- HQ & Support Activities Joint Cross-Service Group Actual BRAC language calls for completion by FY11 BRAC analysis based on FY07-09 implementation Projected DoD Savings: $2.3B (NPV) 11
