These will then be distributed at our Worship and Service Centers throughout Allegheny County in time for Christmas. 6 December 7 26 th Annual Project Bundle-Up Telethon Tune in to WTAE-TV Channel 4 for a day and evening of special appearances from Project Bundle-Up's biggest fans. Phone in and support the 17 hour phone-a-thon to raise funds to purchase new winter outerwear for needy kids and seniors throughout The Salvation Army s 28-county Western Pennsylvania Division. Volunteers from the accounting firm Horovitz, Rudoy & Roteman, LLC assist each year in the Treasures for Children program. As sponsors they purchase gifts for an average of 50 children annually and as volunteers they work at half staff in their office for two days each year to devote a minimum of 20 volunteers each day to our massive toy sorting for Allegheny County. In addition, Horovitz, Rudoy & Roteman, LLC provide lunch for volunteers the two days they are on hand at The Salvation Army s Green Tree Warehouse, located at 820 Parish Street, Pittsburgh. This event is will be hosted by The Salvation Army. December 25 from 11:00 AM thru 2:00 PM 27 th Annual Salvation Army Christmas Day Dinners Over 2,000 of our neediest neighbors will be served a first-rate holiday dinner with all the trimmings. Participating hosts are: The Omni William Penn, The Sheraton Station Square, The Pittsburgh Renaissance and the University of Pittsburgh (12:00-noon thru 2:00 pm). More than 300 volunteers assist in serving. Limited opportunities are still available. This is the 27th year of this program.
