3 The Navy League of the United States, founded in 1902 is a nonprofit civilian, educational and advocacy organization that supports America s sea services: the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and U.S. flag Merchant Marine. Our Mission: Inform Congress and the American public on the importance of strong sea services. Enhance the morale of active duty personnel and their families. Support youth through programs such as the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, STEM, scholarships, Junior ROTC and Young Marines that expose young people to the values of our sea services. Proceeds from this evening s event will directly fund the Navy League s mission. Navy League of the United States is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
