Game Day Specifics: Toll Gates: 3:30pm Draft Room: 4:30pm Stadium Gates: 5:30pm Kickoff: 7:00pm Governor s Cup: The Chiefs vs. Rams Governor s Cup game at Arrowhead Stadium will serve as a platform to highlight the progress in Joplin and the needs of that city moving forward. Collection for Joplin: Fans can support the Joplin Recovery Fund and the Joplin Relief Fund by making donations as they enter the gates at Arrowhead Stadium. Color Guard: Colors will be presented by Boy Scout Troop 249 from Weston, Missouri. National Anthem: While Patti DiPardo-Livergood sings the National Anthem, more than 100 members of Americorps will hold the giant American flag in recognition for the contributions to the relief and recovery efforts in Joplin. Halftime: In honor of those impacted by the Joplin tornado, halftime will consist of a video tribute and a performance of God Bless America by Forest Park Church Choir from Joplin. Fans First Booths presented by Sprint: Booths are located throughout the lower and upper levels and serve as a resource to help insure a positive event day experience. Field Level Locations: 106; 114; 124; 131 Upper Level Locations: 307; 317; 318; 330; 338; 341 Chiefs Team Store: The Chiefs Team Store offers fans exclusive Kansas City Chiefs merchandise for all ages. Chiefs sideline personnel will wear special Joplin Chiefs shirts and hats like those worn by the team during their June visit to Joplin. This merchandise can be purchased in the team store and online at kcchiefs.com with all net proceeds benefitting the relief effort. Team Store Hours of Operation: Monday-Wednesday: 10am-5pm Tuesday-Friday: 9:30am-5pm Saturday: 9:30am-6pm Non game day Sunday: 12pm-4pm Chiefs merchandise is also available on game day in the following locations: Field Level: 101; 108; 117; 119; 126 *look for the new store in the Hall of Honor! 2 Draft Room: The Draft Room provides Club 50 Season Ticket Holders, Sideline Select Suite Holders and Field Box Holders with a new option for your gameday enjoyment. The Draft Room will feature a full cash bar with beer, wine and cocktails, in addition to limited gameday concession items. Guests can watch the Chiefs and other NFL game broadcasts in high definition, while listening to live game coverage by the Chiefs Radio Network, all in the comfort of a sports-bar setting. Entry to the Draft Room from outside Arrowhead Stadium: - A private entrance to the Draft Room is located on the south side of Arrowhead Stadium, just to the west of the Tower Gate Entrance, accessible via two double doors with the NFL Draft logo. Entry to the Draft Room from inside Arrowhead Stadium: - Access to the Draft Room from within the stadium is only permitted at Plaza (Street) Level from the F spiral - Draft Room signage will be located at Plaza (Street) Level directing patrons through two double doors. - For gameday questions on accessibility to this new club please visit your nearest Fans First location. - Please note, access to the Draft Room is subject to posted capacity. We do not take RSVPs, arrive early!
3 Parking and Traffic: Directions to each lot are available by clicking here. The Kansas City Police Department has the authority to shut down various entry points or redirect traffic anytime to assist with traffic flow, as well as, ensure the safety of motorists around the complex. Public Transportation: Kincaid Coach will continue its bus transportation service into the 2011 season. For pricing information, detailed routes and pick-up and drop-off times, and to make reservations please visit or call Traffic Information: To help you get parked and to your seat as efficiently as possible, please utilize one of the following forms of communications that alert fans coming to the Truman Sports Complex of any traffic delays and/or road or gate closures. Please refer to the following resources for traffic conditions: Parking Hotline: ; call up to 3 hours prior to kick off receive real time traffic conditions from a member of the Chiefs traffic team. Traffic Updates: Listen to the pregame show on KCFX for traffic updates coming straight from Arrowhead. Facebook: Become a Fan of the official Kansas City Chiefs Facebook page to receive traffic and other updates on game day and throughout the week Twitter: Follow the official Twitter feed of the Kansas City Chiefs for traffic updates while mobile or at home. Please note that the Kansas City Chiefs do not promote utilizing mobile devices while driving Parking: To make your entry into the Truman Sports Complex as seamless as possible it is important to identify the best route to your parking destination. Please refer to the map on the back of your parking pass. Cash Parking: Cash will be the only form of payment accepted at the parking gates. The cost of parking is $27 for automobiles. Non-reserve cash parking is available in lots A, L, N or grass areas throughout the complex. RV/Limo/ Bus Parking: The cost of RV, Limo and Bus parking is $65. Parking for these larger vehicles will be designated to the gravel area behind Lot N, limited spaces in Lot A and grass areas.
4 Will Call: Tickets may be picked up at Will Call located on the North side of Arrowhead adjacent to the Team Store by the Founder s Plaza Gate. Photo identification is required for pick up. Entry into the Stadium: Please look at your tickets and identify the suggested gate to enter the stadium. Entering through the right gate puts you in the closest proximity to your seating location. Stadium gates open 2 ½ hours prior to kickoff. To make your entry more efficient we offer VIP lanes at each gate for Club 50 members. Security Screening: For your safety, prior to entering stadium gates, all guests will be subject to security screening which may include pat downs and inspections of all bags and items entering the stadium. Any prohibited item must be returned to your vehicle. To ensure that you are in your seat in time for event start, please allow an extra 30 minutes at the stadium gate entrances. No Re-Entry: Once you exit through the stadium gates you are not permitted back into the stadium, regardless of whether you have a ticket stub. Elevators: Elevators are located throughout the stadium and are available to any ticket holder requiring special assistance on event day. The End Zone elevators may be used by Upper Level End Zone and Scout Investments Club Level guests to access the street-level designated smoking areas. Elevators are located at: South side: Two elevators with access to the lower, plaza, Scout Investments Club an upper levels. Two elevators with access to the plaza, Scout Investments Club, sideline and horizon levels. West side: Two elevators with access to the lower, Scout Investments Club, and end zone upper levels. East side: Two elevators with access to the lower, Scout Investments Club, and end zone upper levels. North side: Two elevators with access to lower, Scout Investments Club and sideline upper level. ATMS: Two ATMs are located on each level of the stadium. Field Level Locations: 106; 114; 124 Scout Investments Club Level Locations: 209; 232 Upper Level Locations: 307; 332 Ford Fan Experience: Be sure to visit the new Ford Fan Experience, located outside the Hy-Vee Gate on the Northwest side of the stadium. Features include Chiefs inflatables, interactive games and music. Fans can also create their own photo opportunities, choosing from several Chiefs backdrops, and young fans can sport a Chiefs logo with the help of a face painter and an airbrush artists. Club 50 Concession Lanes: Club 50 guests will enjoy lanes reserved exclusively for Club 50 ticket holders at select concession stands located behind your seating area. Enjoy quick and easy ordering so you can enjoy the game with minimal disruption at the following locations: Tailgaters: 101; 117 Blaze: 102; 116
5 Alcohol Policy: Alcohol sales will cease after the 3 rd quarter. It is at management s discretion to stop the sale of alcohol earlier if deemed necessary. State law requires that all persons consuming alcohol be at least 21 years of age. If you are under the age of 35, you will be asked to show valid identification indicating your age prior to purchasing any alcoholic beverages. If it is determined you used a false ID, you may be subject to arrest. Only two (2) alcoholic beverages per ID may be purchased at a time. No alcoholic beverages will be sold to anyone perceived to be alcohol impaired or intoxicated. Smoking Policy: Smoking areas have been designated at Arrowhead Stadium. Smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl and all areas of the stadium except the designated areas listed below. Designated smoking areas are as follows: At the top of the Field Level End Zone stairs behind sections 110 and 128 Designated areas at the four corner entry gates, within the red boundaries, on street level only Sections of the Upper Sideline Level bars Press Level exterior walls Special Messages: We receive many requests to have special messages placed on the Arrowvision boards during Chiefs games. Whether it s a birthday wish, anniversary mention or a soldier returning from duty to enjoy a Chiefs game, we can now honor those requests! The requests will be shown during halftime at every Chiefs game and it s your chance to tell the Kingdom your special shout out! It s simple and fast to have your message displayed at Arrowhead. Here are a few pieces of information you will need to know to have your message displayed proudly at Arrowhead during halftime of the game of your choice. All messages must be 140 characters in length or less. All message requests must be submitted no less than four (4) days prior to the game you wish to have you message displayed. Messages must be ed to mychiefsmessage@kcchiefs.org A suggested donation of 10 dollars for this message can be made at or by texting RETURN to All messages are subject to the discretion of the Kansas City Chiefs. Be sure to include your section and hometown so we know where you are from.
6 Permitted Items: The following items are permitted with inspection into the Arrowhead Stadium: Purses no larger than 8½ x 11 x 6 (must fit in template at the gate as you enter the stadium) Blankets (not in a carrier) Banners, signs and flags (no larger than 3 x 5 ) are permitted as long as they do not interfere with other guests Small diaper bags (if infant is with guest) Breast pump and supplies Plastic baby bottles (if infant is with guest) Binoculars and case Small still camera and case Hand-held radios and TVs are permitted if they do not interfere with other guests an ear piece must be used to listen Seat cushion lightweight foam with sealed plastic cover One sealed 20 oz. or smaller bottle of water Prohibited Items: For safety and security, the following items are prohibited in Arrowhead Stadium: Firearms, weapons of any type or fireworks Bags larger than 8½ x 11 x 6 All backpacks Sports balls Coolers any size, any type Plastic, metal or glass cups, cans or containers Thermos bottles or flasks Food Beer or liquor Professional cameras/lenses Boom boxes Portable heaters Flammable liquids Noisemakers air horns, klaxon, bells, whistles, etc. Laser pointers of any type, poles or rods Large strollers Floor mats Any other items deemed dangerous or unacceptable by security
