2 Preparing to Submit a Problem Case U.S. Army Human Resources Command Total Army-Total Victory //UNCLASSIFIED// PED LEVEL 2 POC: Ms. Marlene Rogers, (502) as of 1 August The Authorized Official role allows a user to access a Soldier s record, view the Soldier s documents, and report issues with the Soldier s record. The AO role is defined by access rules to allow visibility to specific Soldier records and documents. Reference the documents in the Soldier s record: No more than 5 problems per case per Soldier. If you have more than 5 problems to report for the SM, create a new case and follow the steps in the subsequent slides.

Do keep track of the problem case number for future reference. Do submit a problem case for document(s) not belonging to Soldier, duplicates, or inverted images. Do not submit a problem case for missing or illegible documents. iperms does not have the ability to reproduce missing or illegible documents. Do not submit problem cases for technical issues. Start with your local help desk and let them determine if the issue needs to be elevated to (502) (Option #3).
