4 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) Fired over 450 ATACMS in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom Over 290 ATACMS were fired during the first two days of OIF Majority of the missions were Joint Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) and Destruction of Enemy Air Defense (DEAD) Joint Force with targeting & surveillance Assets 3ID fired ATACMS laterally in support of the 1st Marine Expeditionary force (MEF) High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) launchers fired 40 ATACMS in close support of small maneuver units in Western Iraq ATACMS missiles with Unitary warheads continue to support provide precise, long-range, low collateral damage attack of high payoff targets in support of the Global War on Terror

7 Multiple Launch Rocket System Munitions Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) Fired over 858 M26 Rockets in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom In Response to the January 2005 Urgent Needs Statement (UNS), 396 Unitary Rockets to Iraq and 90 Rockets to another CENTCOM Theater were Fielded between July and December 2005 Results Overwhelming Success To date Approximately 117 Rockets Successfully Fired (92% Reliability) 100% Mission Success Lethal Effects, Accuracy and Reliability all Exceeding Expectations The Warfighter Calls the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Their 70 Kilometer Sniper Rifle Outstanding Success of the System and the User Confidence Resulted in 2nd UNS in May 2006 Army Approved Additional UNS Production 5 July 2006

18 FCS JEFX 06 Spiral 2 Highlights Hardware/Software Integration Status: FCS BCT/HBCT and Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) Message translation between FCS and Cursor on Target Blue and Red SA JVMF message data collection M&S to Live: Sim Blue SA from Ft Monmouth displayed on live vehicles Software procedural issue(s) identification Own Position, Sensor Report field mapping, ASR Thread, and Entity IDs need to be resolved by Spiral 3 RF integration with VRC 99s, EPLRS and Zigbee Radios will be done at SP3 and MAINEX Interoperability Status Primary interface to the CAOC systems is through CoT Message Router via a software patch in SOSCOE Interoperability Services FCS SOSCOE Interoperability Services with OTH Gold messages directly to GCCS-J and GCCS-A COP synchronized from GCCS-J FBCB2 to RAIDER (TAC-P Capability) in work for Spiral 3 RAIDER would receive K0519 and K01 from FBCB2 and send Blue and Red SA via the Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL) to the F-16 cockpit.
