23 DTRA SBIR Tech Areas: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) mission is to safeguard the United States and its allies from weapons of mass destruction. This includes R&D activities in nuclear, chem-bio, WMD counter-force, and systems engineering technology pursuing applications in detection, interdiction, command and control, effects mitigation, and forensics. This program focuses primarily on nuclear, WMD counter-force, and systems engineering topics. The DTRA-affiliated Chemical-Biological Defense Program generally supports chem-bio topics. 24 CBD SBIR The objective of the CBD SBIR program is to elicit innovative solutions from the small business community that address chemical and biological defense technology requirements and to include technologies that will also have high commercialization potential in the private sector. Technologies developed have the potential to transition to the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO-CBD) if the appropriate level of technology maturity has been demonstrated. 25 NGA SBIR Tech Areas: The mission of the NGA is to provide timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial intelligence in support of national security.
