8 My Realities EU 20/20/20 targets REALLY mean: causing 30% fewer GHG emissions by the time today s kindergarten kids reach secondary school We mostly have make do with what we have i.e. there is neither money to develop nor time to deploy very much new stuff If we miss the 2020 targets all other targets probably become unattainable
