1 Enloe Foundation Scholarship Program Thank you for your interest in the Enloe Foundation Scholarship Program. For consideration, all applications must be filled out completely and submitted with all required attachments before the deadline listed. Please review details below before completing your application. Refer to the scholarship descriptions document for complete details and requirements for each scholarship. A letter of recommendation from your direct supervisor is required at the time of application submission. If qualified, you may apply for no more than six (6) scholarships. Make sure when selecting your options that you are in fact eligible. Previous scholarship recipients are permitted to apply annually.* Scholarship applications are reviewed by the Enloe Foundation Scholarship Committee, and/or appropriate administration utilizing additional sources as deemed necessary. Scholarships will be awarded June 15, Each applicant is only eligible for one (1) scholarship through Enloe every calendar year. Complete the attached application and drop off or mail to the Foundation office located at: 249 W. 6th Avenue in Chico (after-hours mail slot available). The deadline to submit your application (with supporting documentation) is April 6, 2017 at 4:30pm. Please use the enclosed application checklist as incomplete or ineligible applications will not be considered for funding. Don t forget to provide any additional required documents specific to the scholarship(s) you are applying for, i.e. college transcripts, acceptance letter, etc (unofficial transcripts are accepted).
