If there are funds remaining in accounts for the ongoing projects at May 1, the Foundation will provide only the amount needed to bring the total to the appropriate level. 9. There will be an annual report to the Foundation on each project and if it is evident that the terms and conditions have not been met, funding for that project or program will be reduced or withdrawn.
