1 Polish Studies Initiative 2016 Scholarship Competition for Polish Language and Study Abroad Programs The Polish Studies Initiative aims to support the study of Polish language and culture through summer intensive language, study abroad, and internship programs. Scholarships are available for both undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in pursuing more advanced training via Maymester or summer program (beginning MAY 2016 or SU 2016). Interested students should consult the eligibility requirements below, and submit the application found on the PSI website: slaviccenter.osu.edu/psi_scholarships.html. The amount of the award will range from $500-$1,000, depending on the stage of academic career and intended program. Eligibility: 1) Applicants must be enrolled as OSU students at the time of application as well as throughout the period of the award. 2) Undergraduate students must be in good academic standing (3.2 GPA or higher). 3) Graduate students must be pre-candidacy, still in coursework, and have no outstanding incompletes.
