1 What They See is What They Will Be December 31, 2014 The members of the 100 Black Men of North Metro, Inc. are committed to motivating and stimulating youth to strive for intellectual excellence and economic responsibility as self-sufficient contributors to society. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we require the support of businesses, foundations and other organizations who share similar goals of helping youth and the community at large. We serve a diverse group of young men ranging from honor students to at-risk students. Our signature program is titled the Men of Tomorrow which supports our vision of mentoring 11 to 18 year old African American males. We sincerely believe in What They See is What They Will Be, a mantra that is repeated throughout the 100 Black Men chapters across America. The North Metro Chapter is especially proud of the high school graduation rate of 100% and a college entrance rate of 98% with the remaining 2% entering military service or enrolling in a technical/trade program. Our members are dedicated professional men who donate their time, talent, and energy to improving the lives of the mentees enrolled in the MOT program. Everyone deserves a chance at success.
