4 PRACTICAL INFORMATION CATERING Coffee will be served daily between 10:30 11:00 and 15:00 15:30 in the Pharo Club on the first floor. Lunch will be served between 12:30 13:30 in the Eugenie room on the ground floor. CLOAKROOM A cloakroom (with a luggage storage facility) is available at Pharo Club on the first floor. The cloakroom opening hours are 08:00 19:00 on Monday and 08:00 17:30 the rest of the week. The EAIE is not liable for any loss or theft. COMPUTERS FACILITIES During breaks, you can use computers and a printer at the computer room located on the ground floor of the AMU building. FIRST AID Please contact a member of the EAIE staff for assistance at the Information desk located in the Pharo Club on the first floor. NAME BADGE Please wear your name badge at all times, including the networking events you have registered for. Without your name badge you will not be granted access to the venues. WIRELESS INTERNET Wireless internet is available throughout the venue.
