2 Introduction The most common attitudes towards leprosy patients are: devaluation, distancing, hatred, rejection by family, exclusion, and labeling., fear was often found to be the root of these negative attitudes e.g. fear of exposure to the disease, fear of being infected, fear of association with a person affected by leprosy.these negative They look down on people affected by leprosy. The family members don t want to see, they separate themselves from the other members, so that they will not contract the disease. God has created human beings in different ways for different purposes. Each one has got its own limitations and failures.
