12 Chronic Pain Self-Management Program The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a free six -session workshop. The workshop helps people living with chronic pain and their caregivers to better manage symptoms and activities of daily life. Participants receive the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain companion book and the Moving Easy CD. Participants should attend all six sessions to get the maximum benefit. Session Dates: Sept 27-Nov 1, 2017 Light meal will be provided to group participants at each session 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Wednesdays Cape Mudge Band Office 1 WeWay Rd Please call Kathleen Power to register for group by Sept 20th, 2017

14 The KDC Health & the Culture Program are co-sponsoring an afterschool art class from October 2 to December 4, 2017 for Boys Only aged yrs. The class will be held in the old Kwanwatsi Preschool room behind the Bighouse. The class only has room for 16 participants, so registration is required.
