4 The KDC Health & the Culture Progam are co-sponsoring an art class afterschool Every Monday from 3:00 to 4:30pm from October 2 to December 4, 2017 for Boys Only aged yrs. The class will be held in the old Kwanwatsi Preschool room behind the Bighouse. The class only has room for 16 participants, so registration is required. 9 Chronic Pain Self-Management Program The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a free six -session workshop. The workshop helps people living with chronic pain and their caregivers to better manage symptoms and activities of daily life. Participants receive the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain companion book and the Moving Easy CD. Participants should attend all six sessions to get the maximum benefit.
